Castello di Casole has a remarkable 100+ acres of vineyards dotting its gorgeous landscape. The vines, which range from newly planted to decades-old, are much more than a pretty sight from the Farmhouse Villas or a perfect setting for an afternoon nap; they’re home to the grapes used to produce Dodici, the estate’s blend of Cabernet, Sangiovese, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes. This private-label vintage is currently a very limited production, and only available to Owners and their guests.

Tuscany is home to the world’s finest olive groves, and the 30 acres at Castello di Casole may very well be the finest of all. Harvested each fall, the olives produce a private-label extra virgin olive oil unlike any other. While we continue to plant trees around the estate, the existing groves produce just 2,500 bottles of oil annually—all bottled and used exclusively at the Castello di Casole estate with an allotment for Owners. You’ll find bottles in each of the Casali, as well as throughout our restaurants.
