With a focus on great flavors,and simple cooking techniques, Pazzia Pizzeria – meaning Madness in Italian - embodies all that is great about traditional Italian cooking. The interior sets the stage with exposed brick, a Carrara marble counter, and antique fixtures in a relaxed atmosphere with seating for 30 people. The pizzeria features an espresso bar, gelateria and wood-burning oven, and serves of casual Tuscan cuisine including classic pizzas and a few that may surprise you, Panini and delicious gelato, all created with local ingredients.
