General:
Check-in: 3 p.m.
Check-out: 11 a.m.
Early check-in and late-check-out, subject to availability at a charge.
Early departures will incur the total amount of the entire stay booked.
Deposit policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card.
Deposit Requirement - 01 May / 31 October:
A deposit is required at time of reservation equal to 50% of confirmed stay.
Cancellation policy:
- High Season (From May to October): received within 06.00 pm local time (GMT 1) of the sixth day prior to arrival won't incur in penalty fee;Cancellations received after this deadline will be charged the entire length of stay booked;
- Low Season (From November to April): received within 06.00 pm local time (GMT 1) of the fourth day prior to arrival won't incur in penalty fee; Cancellations received after this deadline will be penalized with a 1 night penalty charge;
- No Shows: Clients who do not show will be charged the entire length of stay booked.
Children’s Policy:
Children up to 11 years old sharing with parents are free of charge.
Baby cots are free of charge.
Extra Charges:
Extra bed: Euro 150.00 per day (maximum - one roll away per suite)
**Maximum occupancy per room is 3 people.
Pet Policy:
Dogs or cats are allowed; maximum one pet under 10 kg.
Pets are not permitted in the restaurants, fitness center, spa or pool area. Pet fee is Euro 150.00 per stay.
The management reserves the right to request the removal of the pet should it become an issue with other guests.
Pets must be crated if left unattended in the guestroom and must be leashed at all times on property.
Local City Tax: Casole d’Elsa city tax equal to Euro 3.50 per person daily, applicable up to the first five nights. Children under 12 years of age are exempt. Applicable from 01 May to 30 September in 2012 and 2013; 01 April to 31 October from 2014 onwards.
