Casale San Tommaso is a reconstruction in the classic Tuscan style and enjoys a central location on the estate. It is a comfortable stroll along the meadow to Hotel Castello di Casole for a morning espresso, lunch on the terrace or a spa treatment. The private hiking, biking and horseback riding trails that weave through the estate are accessed in the forest in front of the residence. Along the way one is certain to see the ever-present deer and colorful pheasant.

The San Tommaso main residence, featuring three master suites, is warm and inviting with cozy sitting rooms and a large fireplace as the showpiece of the study and a stunning guest suite tucked into the hillside. The sizable kitchen is bathed in natural light and opens to the outdoor pergola with forno oven and al fresco dining.
